mLearn Password Updates & Admin Access
mLearn was having recurring customer care calls about password, logging in issues. About 75% of the password issues were, users typing in the password incorrectly, while the other 25% was not able to remember username or password.
Since this product was mainly school base, we needed to create a method that instructors were able to go into student's account, reset student’s password and username. Followed by, adding a way a user can view their password they typed and visual cues, showing the password being created is meeting the guidelines.
These solutions reduced customer care calls by ~80% and increased users experience.
